– deposit of EUR 250 and must be paid in advance.
Conditions
After your reservation request you will receive a rental contract. We ask you to pay an advance of 250 EUR. From then on your reservation is confirmed. You must settle the balance 1 month before arrival. After your stay, the deposit will be refunded within 14 days if everything is left in the same condition. If damage is found, this amount will be deducted from the deposit.
The house is intended for non-smokers
Pets are in consultation
You can arrive from 4 pm, stay until 10 am
No bachelor parties, no nuisance
What if you cancel?
1 month before arrival: free of charge less than 1 month: advance payment of EUR 250 will be withheld
